Private tutor in Bellevue, WA
University of Washington, Seattle - B.S. and minor, Biochemistry and Math
In 2013, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Washington at Seattle. I have changed my career goal from medicine or lab research to business and education. Eventually, I hope to obtain a master's degree in business. Currently, I am assisting my family in the restaurant business and teaching or tutoring for up to 25 hours each week. I am passionate about helping my students to achieve success. I understand that good grades in classes and on standardized exams are important, so I want to ensure that students perform well in these areas. But beyond that, I want them to be motivated to acquire knowledge which will be useful in their future careers.I am available to tutor pre-algebra, all levels of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, all levels of calculus, multivariable calculus, differential equations, chemistry, and physics. I particularly enjoy working with students who are taking AP Calculus AB. I can also assist students in preparing for standardized exams such as the SAT and the ACT.In my spare time, I enjoy basketball, bouldering, hiking, biking, swimming, movies, board games, online games, reading magazines, and trying out new restaurants.
