Experience
I first started tutoring while I was in middle school and continued through high school. As a finance and accounting manager, I trained, developed, and taught staff necessary skills for them to succeed and become promoted. As a parent and uncle, I tutored my three kids, niece, and nephew with their math through high school. Through these experiences, I opened a math and reading center a couple years ago and am now a full time instructor, helping students understand concepts beyond their grade level.
